Radiology is not just my profession — it’s my passion. My journey began at Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur, where I entered the world of radiology with dreams and curiosity.
During this time, I was guided by many great mentors. Dr. N.C. Sharma Sir, our HOD at Geetanjali, always supported us with his deep knowledge and kind nature. I also had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Hariram Sir, a senior radiologist (now HOD at Pacific Medical College) — his clinical approach and dedication truly inspired me.
One more special mentor in my journey was Mr. Kamlesh Mehta Sir, Associate Professor, who always motivated me to do something different and meaningful in life.
Our Principal, Dr. G.L. Dad Sir, also played a big role. He always listened to my ideas, understood my vision, and supported me when others doubted. His encouragement gave me the confidence to move ahead.
I’m thankful to my batchmates too — their help, motivation, and support made the learning journey much easier.
Later, due to my dedication and interest, I was selected to continue further training at Government SN Medical College, where I joined the Radiotherapy Department. There, I got to learn radiology more deeply — beyond just machines and images — and truly understood the impact we make on patients’ lives.
In this 7+ year journey, I’ve worked in multiple roles — as a technologist, a teacher, and a speaker. Each role brought new experiences and learnings. Today, I proudly serve as a Government Radiation Technologist, and continue to give my best every day.
Attending various conferences also increased my interest and knowledge. They kept me updated and made me more curious about the advancements in this field.
To share my knowledge with others, I started the YouTube channel Rad Tech Bharat and later wrote my book Handbook of Radiological Investigation, so that students and professionals can learn radiology in a simple and practical way.
